Keeping Up with the Inbox: How to Change Your Email Address on Facebook

Facebook uses your email address for login verification, account security, and sending notifications. If you’ve switched to a new email address, keeping it updated on Facebook ensures you stay connected and avoid missing important messages.

Switching Emails on Facebook Desktop:

9. Verification is Key: Facebook will send a verification code to your new email. Locate the code in your inbox and enter it in the designated field on Facebook to confirm ownership.

Updating Emails on the Facebook Mobile App:
