You need to set an advertising budget that suits your campaign. Zalo requires a minimum price of 3,000 VND/click and 200,000 VND/day. However, the specific bid price may vary depending on the target group and the time of the ad run. Be flexible in adjusting your budget to optimize costs and campaign effectiveness.
Proceed to create an advertising form to display
At this step, you will create a Zalo Form to collect customer information. There are two ways: create a new form or use an industry email list existing form. You can choose from form templates such as:

Consulting form: Customers leave information to receive advice on products/services.

Purchase form: Create conditions for customers to buy products directly.

Product information form: Customers register to receive more detailed information about the product.
Some sample forms you can apply
After creating the form, you need to fill in all the information including form name, title, content, and add a cover photo. Note, Zalo will now the tedious wait for the grant money began automatically fill in information such as full name and phone number from the customer’s Zalo account, helping to reduce processing time and increase the form completion rate. Prepare attractive and impressive advertising content
Advertising content is the factor that attracts customers’ attention. You need to prepare beautiful images and short, clear messages to effectively convey the value of products/services. Images and content that meet Zalo’s standards will be approved quickly.
Provide business product information license
If you advertise special products such as mobile list pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, or financial services, Zalo requires information licenses from competent regulatory agencies.
